Retail Customers
Delivery to metro areas of Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne with a total over $90 (exl GST) will be shipped freight-free excluding equipment, furniture items and/or dangerous goods.
Trade Customers
Delivery to metro areas of Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne for Trade/Salon with a total over $249 (excl GST) will be shipped freight-free, excluding equipment, furniture items and/or dangerous goods. As free freight is applied against the value, any orders including equipment, furniture or dangerous goods, customers will be advised of any necessary changes to freight before shipment.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, parcel lockers, locked bags or any service where the receiver is not there to sign for the delivery, however, all shipments are supplied with a Tracking Number which can be traced once your order is despatched.
Times are estimated on orders that are placed before 12:30 PM AEST but as the actual delivery is executed by a third party agent, times are estimates only.
Our delivery providers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
